Mechanical Designer
I designed and developed battery packs and enclosures for the electric scooters. Performed thermal analysis and simulations for heatsinks of charging enclosures. Implied additive manufacturing techniques for prototyping parts and assemblies.
Product Designer
Designed and developed the BEMRR Camera for the company. The key to successful product design is an understanding of the end-user customer. I started with market research to make sure the design form is up to the trends of the current market and what the general public favors. Small form factor and industrial design were the key factors. The contours were designed such that they induced Dynamic flowlines and a tough look in the High fidelity prototypes.
Techno-Commercial Analyst
I did the market research for the EV segment in India and studied detailed technical specifications of EV and did a Techno-commercial analysis of the TATA Nexon EV and how it compares to its petrol and diesel counterparts. Studied the simulation and modeling of the TATA Nexon to produce a corporate standard report also studied the challenges faced by the EV industry in India. Giving current initiatives and expected solutions for the design and development to promote the EV culture in India.
EV Powertrain & Battery Designer
I worked on the design and development of a powertrain system for an electric vehicle. Also studied and analyzed battery design and types of battery used in different EVs and how to improve performance by different battery configurations. Practical application of fundamentals of Electric Vehicle architecture to do a system and component-level analysis of Electric Vehicles. Researched intensively on the topics- Electric Vehicle Architecture, Battery Design, Battery Safety Protocol, Battery Properties and Heating Management, Battery Thermal and Current Monitoring, EV Powertrain Design.
